Biography
Samuel H Dodson was born in 1834 or 1831 in White, Tennessee, to parents Jesse Dodson and Sarah Yates.
On Aug 30, 1856 he married Amanda Jane Prater. They had 6 children before she died of malaria in August, 1879.
On April 29, 1880 he married Emily Bowlin. She had four children with him, though one died before 1900.
Samuel died in 1908 in Bon Air, White, Tennessee.
