Hi, I've written a post on G2G about Henry Hurst of Leckhampstead. I'm not sure if you are notified as the PM so I'm also linking here https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/961730/comments-on-henry-hurst-jr

Hi Jay, It seems we are related through the Doggett line but you'd need to make at least your tree public to show the link (or add me to the trusted list).

You cousin (maybe),

Thank you for awarding me the Red Generous Genealogist Badge. That was totally unexpected!!! I only hope that we can make more McConaughy connections. Maybe we'll prove we're cousins!!!

Hi,

Now that you have had a little time to try WikiTree, there are a few more features you may find useful. Ideas on what to include in a profile can be found in Styles and Standards, including some tips on writing biographies. If you need to describe an event, an heirloom or a location relevant to your research, you may like to learn about Free-Space Profiles. Lastly, sometimes you'll run into unresponsive profile managers. We have a Unresponsive Profile Managers for resolving those unfortunate situations. If you have any questions, feel free to ask via my profile page. Shayne ~ WikiTree Mentor

Hi James, Thank you for volunteering to help grow our World Wide Family Tree.

You are now a member of the WikiTree Community. Please note we are trying to build one Collaborative Tree which means one profile per person. It is important to ensure no duplicates are entered as you add any Profiles to WikiTree.

Everything on WikiTree is a collaborative work in progress so don’t forget to read and sign our Honor Code. This is what keeps WikiTree a friendly and helpful community. We have many friendly members, feel free to ask if you have any questions.

This site is great! And to think I paid good money to Ancestry.com and Geni. But I do have a DNA test to contribute as well as help grow the tree.

Hi James, I noticed you uploaded a GEDCOM. Here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process including screenshots that you might find helpful.

The help pages give lots of information about the process, best to start with 'Before you import a GEDCOM'.

Hi James, Welcome to WikiTree!

Wikitree Help has a lot of useful information you might want to review. Or, someone might be able to point you in the right direction at our G2G Forum with any questions you might have. If you would like to become a full member please read our Honor Code and then volunteer with a comment. We will be happy to add you as a full member of the WikiTree Community. ~Vivek~
