I am the second child of my parents family I have an older bro. Ronald Fredrick born 27 oct 1943 in Salladasburg,pa, on my great grand parents James Flook & Martha Sellinger farm about 2 miles out of Salladasburg going north, after I was born 21 March 1948 we moved from the farm up north about 5 miles to a little mountain town called Brookside, back in the country, up Lawshe run road, we rented our 4 room home from Vida Clark for 20 dollars a month for years, Larry Eugene was born at Brookside 14 months after me, 29 May 1949 then Robert Larue was born 8 Feb. 1950 , Bobby had a bad case of phenomena when he was 4 months old and almost died, with a high fever. on 5 June 1952 Janet was born. The Horner family lived up on the hill Jim, Jane, Mary Jane, Margie,Joanna,Gwen,Emily,Lynn, when they moved son James was born (Gwen was in my class) the Leroy Hill family lived there Cathy & Debbie were the girls, then the McFate family lived there Katheryn & Barbara, their mom was a teacher, nice lady, my bro Ron & Larry went in her home eating watermellon and let the canary out , . I went to White Pine school 1st &2nd Mrs. Genevive Alexander teacher (I peed my pants in her class) Mrs.Beck 3rd &4th older lady, strict, I was afraid of her. 5th &6th went to Cogan House school mrs Rupert teacher then tragedy struck my best friend Norma Moon moved away then Mildred Harman had to move when her home burnt and her sis. Veda died in the fire, I was so upset by this, I couldn't tell her, I have never saw her again,I didn't know where they moved to till I saw a post from Gwen Horner on ancestry, they moved to Morris, ( I remember pushing Veda on the big high swing at school.) I kept the paper clipping of the fire, I still cry when I read it. I lived in Brookside from 1949-1971 till I got married to William Dorley on 31 July 1971 he was in the air force, we lived in N.C., Michelle 1972, & Terri 1974 were born there then we went to Las Vegas Jannett 1977 was born there,then on to Florida where Bill retired ,Micheal 1983 then twins Ashley &Blake 1987 were born, ,(5 of our children live near by ) Ashley lived in iMississippi about 3 1/2 hours away. then moved to Crestview where Terri & Jannett live. we have been blessed to the fullest with 15 grandchildren (,Joshua,Brea,Kai,)Michelles kids, (Keidra, Keondre, Keindyl )Terris kids, (Alea,meek,Jalin,Cayden,Myanna,)Jannetts kids, (Chris,Raph,David Issie,) Ashleys kids. Mike &Blake have no kids,
