Biography

Charles was born in 1916. He was the son of Charles Dobbin Arbuthnot and Runa Boyles.

He lived with his parents and siblings in Leadsville, Randolph, West Virginia, United States.

He received his education in Elkins, West Virginia and Cecil's Business College in Greenville, South Carolina.

Charles married Clementine Lucille Allen on 4 August 1946 in Greenville, South Carolina.[1]

They had no children.

He retired from the US Postal Services after thirty-one years and was a veteran of World War II, having served in the United States Army. He attended Sans Souci Baptist Church.

Charles died in 2007 at the age of 91.[2]
