Anna, daughter of John and Hannah (Eames) Barker, was born at Marshfield, MA on October 19, 1709. She married there Anthony Eames on March 25, 1725. They resided in Marshfield until 1740-1745 when they removed to Connecticut. There is no record of Anna's death but she died prior to Anthony's will, dated August 3, 1790.

MF 18-2-174 states that Ann'a mother was Hannah Cushing. This is inaccurate. Her father John is the son of John Eames and first wife Desire Annable who married second Hannah (Loring) Cushing. Anna's mother is Hannah Truant. GSMD has been contacted.
