Biography

Alfred E. Barrows, son of Vernon L. Barrows and Ida May (Hamilton) Barrows, was born in May 1899, probably in Harford, Cortland County, New York. He appeared on the census of 19 June 1900 in the home of his parents at Harford, Cortland County, New York.[1]

Alfred died in 1905, age only 5 or 6, probably in New York and was buried at Marathon Village Cemetery, Marathon, Cortland County, New York. His memorial has a photo of his headstone.[2]
