Biography

William was born 8 July 1855 in Key West, Florida.[1] He was the son of John Bartlum and Sarah Lowe.

He married Mary Louisa Pitcher on 20 April 1881 in Key West in a ceremony performed by J. B. Baez, Rector of St. Paul's Church.[2] The witnesses were W. A. Pitcher and Geo. L. Bartlum.

William died on 30 March 1931 in Key West,[3] and he is buried there in the City Cemetery.[4]
