Biography
Cynthia A Bay was the daughter of Andrew Bay Jr. Cynthia married Thomas Washington Harney on 5 Mar 1827 in Wilson county, Tennessee. Deed records show that Thomas purchased 53 acres on Spencer’s Creek, Rutherford County from his father-in-law, Andrew Bay on 22 July 1833 (Wilson Co., TN Deed Bk. S, p.419).
Cynthia died in 1876.
