Hannah (Beckingham) Hapgood was born in Wiltshire, England.

Hannah Beckingham was born in 1765, a daughter to William Beckingham and Sarah Joyes in Baydon, Wiltshire, England. She was baptised September 29, 1765 in Baydon.

Hannah married Richard Hapgood by license, at Baydon, Wiltshire on October 4, 1791.

Hannah and Richard had six children; Sarah, William, Hannah, Edward, Richard and Thomas.

Hannah died in the October to December quarter of 1841. Her death was registered in Clutton.
