I would say that the census information noted (1) that refers to Henriette Fougere is not relevant to this record. The Henriette referenced in the census was 68 years of age when this census was taken in 1901. This would put her DOB as 1932 or 1933. This would make her too young to be the mother of a child born in 1942. Also, the record shows that she was married to Thomas Fougere.
Boucher-1998 and Boucher-2341 appear to represent the same person because: Boucher-1998 is definitely the same person as Boucher-2341. The detail in the sources for 2341 apply to 1998 (an orphaned file that I adopted some time ago).
