Biography
Charles was born in 1897 to parents William Bowden and Rebecca Rowlinson. [1]
He married Lilly L Partridge at Tamworth in 1927.[2]

Their son , Garfield Charles Bowden, passed away at St George Hospital, Sydney on the 21st February 1993.[4]
