When she was about six months old her mother died and she was reared by her half-sister Mary Evalina Burgner Copp.[1]
Celina Broyles married James M. Miller, 28 Dec 1869, in Washington Co., Tenn. Service by George Capp, J.P.[2] They had a son named Jerome.
