Henry Brungers^[1] was born on 9 October 1917,^[1] in Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey,^[1] to Henry Richard Brungers and Pauline Smith.^[1][2]

Pauline's niece Frances later she 'stood by his carriage day and night trying to ease his pain'.^[2]

Henry Brungers died young.

On 2 August 1918, he died, at 154 First Street, Jersey City, Hudson County, of gastroenteritis. On 5 August 1918, he was buried, in Holy Name Cemetery, Jersey City, Hudson County, New Jersey. ^[1] According to the on-line cemetery database, no one else is buried with him. ^[3]
