Biography

Christian was baptised at Lonmay on 29 March 1835. She was the daughter of John Buchan and Jane Bruce.^[1][2][3]

She married Arthur Buchan on 15 October 1857 at Lonmay.^[2]

Christian died 2 March 1861 at St Combs. She died of consumption (3 months) and pneumonia (4 days).^[3]
