Elizabeth, daughter of Woolsey Burton and Elizabeth Burton, was an underage child when her father wrote his will in 1751:

Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Woolsey Burton[,] my daughter Elizabeth Burton[,] my son William Burton and the child my wife is pregnant with the residue and remainder of my movable estate that I have not already mentioned to be equally divided amongst them and their heirs forever and if any of the aforesaid children should die before they arrive to age or without heir my will and desire is that the parts be equally divided amongst all my children that lives or survives. My will and desire is that my wife should have the use of the Legacies(?) home before given and bequeathed and all my said children arrive to full age she giving them reasonable education.
