At 23 years old, Fred married Harriet Buckner Warren on 21 Jun 1886 in Waltham, Middlesex Massachusetts. [3]

In 1920, Fred and Harriet Butman were living at 41 Summit in Waltham Ward 1, Middlesex, Massachusetts with no children [4]

In 1930 Fred was living with his wife Harriet "Hattie" at 203 Tomlin Street, Waltham, Middlesex, Massachusetts. They owned the home worth $7,500 and had a radio. He was working as a real estate agent. [5]

In 1936, Fred and Harriet Butman were living at their home in Waltham, Massachusetts. He was still working in real estate. [6]
