Marie Suzanne Chauvin was born on 2 Apr 1744 and baptized the following day in Boucherville, Canada, Nouvelle-France. Her parents were François Chauvin and Marie Madeleine Blin. Godparents at the infant's baptism were Louis Langevin and Marie Charlotte Blein. The officiating priest was Marchand.[1]

Marriage
Suzanne Chauvin married Perre Riendeau, son of Jean Baptiste Reguindeau dit Joachim and Marie Anne Courier, on 4 Oct 1762 in Sainte-Anne de Varennes. In the presence of known witnesses Pierre Séguin, Jean Baptiste Séguin and Joseph Dame. The celebrant priest was Morand and Marchand provided the certificate of publication of the bans in his parish.[2]Together, they had the following (known) children[3]:
