Joan married William Francis King (1914-2007) on 6 May 1947, at Church Hill, New South Wales, Australia.[1] They had two children.
KING-COOK - The Marriage of Joan Margaret, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. R. Cook, of Bundanoon, to William Francis, only son of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. King, of Wollstonecraft, will take place at 6 o'clock at St. Phillp's, Church Hill, on Tuesday, May 6, 1947.[2]
