Robert Cotton was born on September 04, 1788 in Loudoun, Virginia, United States. His parents were Ralph Cotton and Elizabeth Kitchen. .[1] He was married to Hannah Howard, born about 1790, and he married Mary Bellwood on June 13, 1811. [2]Buried 1824 Illinois, United States. Robert Cotton died in 1824 in Vermilion, Illinois, United States.
