Malcolm is almost certainly the son of Malcolm Coubrough (1763-1860) and Rabina Reid (abt 1765-1860). Their son Malcolm was born in Glasgow 10 November 1790, but there doesn't appear to be any documentary evidence to prove that this son was the one who married Ann Henderson.
