She was born on 23 Jul 1818 in Nashport, Muskingum County, Ohio, USA and was the daughter of Hannah (Cullins, 1787–1834) and William Craig (1788–1855).
Juliann Craig first married on 29 May 1836 in Portage, Ohio, USA to William Scott.
Juliann married secondly on 20 Jul 1847 in Knox, Ohio, USA to William Norris.
On a Saturday afternoon there was a fire at her home in Fallsburg, Licking County, Ohio, USA and she died from burns the following morning on 23 Dec 1883. She was buried at Bladensburg Cemetery, Bladensburg, Knox County, Ohio, USA. [1]
