Ann was born in 1763, she is the daughter of Burke Cuppage Unknown Kirkpatrick. She was married 10 February 1778 • Coleraine, Londonderry, Ireland to Jonathan Nicolls. They were married by her Father Rev Burke Cuppage Rector of Wooton & Coleraine.
Ann passed away in 1845.
