Theodosia, daughter of Maturino Donis & Theodoria Bourque, was born on 14 August 1793 and baptised on 27 December 1793 in Plattenville, Assumption, Louisiana, United States.^[1]

Theodosia married Jean Charles Guillot in 1812.^[2]

Their known children were: *Hortense Rosalie Guillot Bourg (1813 - 1833) *Francois Cayetano Gaetan Guillot (1815 - ____) *Victor Stanisas Guillot (1817 - 1905) *Domitilde Marie Guillot (1819 - 1827)^[3]
