Good Day,

I was checking my degrees (Neuville-32) to J.J.R. Tolkien (Tolkien-1) and noticed that these two have been recorded as sisters. No 20 - Johanna de Buijs (de Buijs-6) born 3 May 1778 and died 18 Oct 1863. Father is Johannes de Buys (1754-1840). Mother is Maria (Pinaar) de Buijs (1753) No 21 - Johanna Elisabeth de Buys (de Buis-9) born 13 May 1778 and died 18 Oct 1863. Father is Johannes de Buys (1754-1840). Mother is Aletta (Claasen) Koch (1749). My ancestor is this one. Hope I have not thrown the cat among the pigeons on this one!!!!!! Hazel

Thanks Hazel. There seems to be a big mess here which I have not yet been able to unravel. I have put Research Notes on numerous profiles indicating issues (comparing with the SAG Families Registers). If you have any info to help sort this out, please add more comments on the affected profiles.

Hi Ignatius, could you also add the project profile [email address removed] to the trusted list of this profile [Privacy Tab] and then also activate it as active manager to this profile, please? And drop me a note, thanks, Susan
