Born August 23,1955,named after my mom sister who passed at age of 2, Father Frank Joseph DeFazio ,Mother Elizabeth Rose Fino,graduated Medway jr sr High 1973, 1974 My Son Jason Paul DeFazio was born March 24,1974, IMarried Frank J Bagley in 1977,divorced 1978,In 1979 entered the US Army till 1980, was attendant at Medfield State Hospital till 1989 where then i relocated to Norwalk Connecticut,and became Co-Ceo of Simply Hazel's,till 1996,i then became a CPA and started direct homecare ,2013 relocated to Charlotte N C,where i maintained private Homecare Working through Charlotte Memory Center and Quality Assurance Inspector for Logistics
