Biography
Laurent Doucet is a descendant of an Acadian
Edouard Laurent Doucet was the son of Georges Edouard Doucet and Anne Delphine LeBlanc.[1]
He was born August 1, 1916 in Lower Wedgeport, Nova Scotia.[2], and was baptised August 20, 1916 at St. Michael's in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia.[1]
He married Anne Therese Pothier, the daughter of Denis E. Pothier and Anne Georgine Surette, on November 25, 1940 at St. Michael's.[3]
