Biography

Bertram was born in 1871. He was the son of James Dowell and Dicy Spry. He passed away in 1953.

• Birth record only states male infant. Name shows in various sources as Bertram, Bertrum and Birtrum.

• Death record indicates birth in 1872 however, most census records and grave marker show 1871. There is no indication his mother had a child in 1872.
