On November 7, 1751, in Eastham, Daniel Eldridge married Sarah Holbrook.[2]
On November 20, 1762, in Eastham, Daniel Eldridge married Thankful Coombs.[3]
On December 4, 1765, in Eastham, Daniel Eldridge married Abigail Rogers.[4]
The spelling of the name changes to "Eldridge" at this generation.
Their son, Ebenezer Eldridge, was born in Gorham, Cumberland, Maine District, Massachusetts Bay Colony, on 26 March 1771. [5]
It has been noted that his house burned down in Gorham, Cumberland, Maine, in 1774. At the time a friend from Cape Cod, Benjamin Snow and his family were living with the Eldridge family in Gorham. [6]
No death date for Daniel Eldridge has been found in Gorham, Maine, but it was after 1780 as he is noted as having been a Captain in the Maine Militia during the American Revolution in April 1778. He served in the 3rd Cumberland County (Maine) Regiment under the command of Reuben Fogg, 1778-1780." [7]
He moved to Gorham, Maine in 1770, where he died in 1809.[8][9]
