Biography
Anders Ericsson is Notable.
Anders was born on October 23, 1947 in Bromma parish in Stockholm, Sweden. He was the son of civil engineer Karl Ericsson and his wife Ingrid Larsson. He was a psychologist who was considered the "Expert on Experts" due to his research on skill building and proficiency in those who are considered experts in their field of work, including musicians and athletes. The focus of his work was "deliberate practice," wherein a person practices a skill in such a way to reach clear goals and to receive immediate feedback in order to improve technique. He died in 2020, possibly due to a blood clot.
