I, George Fisher of Pendleton County and State of Virginia do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say lst I desire that my son John Fisher do pay out of my Personal Estate Hereafter mentioned all my Jus t Debts of which there are but few and my funeral Expenses then I give to said John Fisher the Balance of Said Estate to him and his heirs forever, to wit one Gray Mare, Saddle and Bridle one Cow One Chest one bed and bedding and all my grane tha t is Due to me for rent from the heirs of Jesse Henkle and Charles Hederick, one promisory Note on George Fisher, Ditto on Michael Fisher, Ditto on John Day and John Huffman Ditto on John Smith and Ditto on William Smith Ditto on Charles Hederic k and one Ditto on Saml. Coil assigned by David McMullin and also all the hay that is coming to me for rent from the above mentioned (Heirs) of Jesse Henkle deceased and Charles Hederick and Lastly all my clothing of Every discription and everythi ng also I possess whatever and Lastly I do hereby acknowledge this to be my last will and Testament hereby revoking all others or former wills or Testaments by me heretofore made. IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed by Sea l this 22nd day of February in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Two. "Your Adam, should be George Adam Fisher m Elizabeth Conrad, George A. Fisher came over on a ship to Phil. in 1749 and some of the Conrads, then in 1950 Conrads came over. one of the ships was the "Isaac" and the other the "Patience" George and Elizabeth were married in 1762 in Bethel, (Lebanon) Pa. records of a traveling circuit rider minister. I have a copy of the record book page from the historical society in Reading, Pa."
