Biography

Michel Haché was born on 15 Dec 1811 and baptized on 10 Feb 1812 in Grande-Digue, New Brunswick, the son of Laurent Haché and Nathalie Bourque.^[1][2]

Michel married Émilienne LeBlanc,^[3] probably about 1850. Their children were:

1. Marie Haché, born 12 May 1851
2. Major Haché, born 8 Sep 1853
3. Rufine Haché, born 25 Mar 1855
4. Scholastique Haché, born 4 Feb 1858
5. Damien Haché, born 2 Sep 1861
6. Domitille Haché, born 13 Mar 1867

In the 1861 census Mickal (sic, age 44 years) lived in Shediac, Westmorland, New Brunswick.^[4]

In the 1881 census Michell (age 70 years) was a widower and lived in Shediac, Westmorland, New Brunswick.^[5] He was listed in the household of Julien and Marie Cormier.

In the 1891 census Michael (age 79 years) was a lodger in the household of Julien and Mary Cormier in Shediac, Westmorland, New Brunswick.^[6]

He passed away on 15 Apr 1893 in Shediac.^[3]
