Mulholland v: Harman et al
Timothy Harman had been tenant of one Pearson who had persuaded the owner, George Kirk to give up possession of east half of Lot No.17, in the fourth concession of King, in the county of York. Case was tried at Queen's Bench Division, at Toronto, on the 30th day of April, 1884. Judgement was given in favor of the plaintiff on the 7th of May, 1884.
It appears to have been a rather confusing tale of land description and ownership, with Timothy Harman being a tenant of Pearson, but also a George Henry having a lease to a saw mill & some land for over twenty years (1858- 187?). Timothy's brother, Richard was also involved, coming to live/work there sixteen years prior (c1868). About 1870 Timothy left, selling out??" to Richard who remained until after the lease expired.

Timothy appears in the Canada Census of 1891. The information is as follows: : 1891 Canada census - Ontario - Muskoka - Franklin & Sinclair & Chaffey Townships
