Biography

Rosa (Harris) Sampson was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)

Rosa Amelia Harris was born about October 14, 1878 in Gordon, Colony of Victoria, daughter of James Harris (~1845–~1915) and Jane Stoneman (~1848–~1925).[1]

Rosa (19) married Walter Joseph Sampson (21) (born on July 16, 1876 in Sebastopol, Colony of Victoria) on December 1, 1897 in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia[2]. Their children were:

Rosa died in Carlisle Hospital on October 19, 1970 in Perth, Western Australia, Australia, aged about 92[3]. She was buried in Karrakatta Cemetery and Crematorium, Karrakatta, Nedlands City, Western Australia.[4]
