Thomas was born about 1743 in Goochland Virginia. He was the son of Daniel Harris and Mary Hutchins. He married Sarah Lacy, daughter of Thomas Lacy and Margaret Johnson, about 1864 in Goochland. Thomas passed away in May 1796 in Union, Pinckney District, South Carolina, United States.
