Biography

John was born in Tennessee on 3 Apr 1826 to Hillary Hendrix and Sophia Hendrix.

John married Harriet Caroline Daniels. In 1880, they were living in Collin County, Texas.[1]

After the death of John's brother James, and his wife Markitta, John and Harriett were guardians of 3 of James' children. In addition they had 7 of their own.

John passed away in Collin County, Texas in 1906.[2][3] Burial was in the Huston Cemetery in Farmersville, Collin County, Texas.[4]
