Hi S.,

We are so pleased you decided to upgrade to the Family Member level.

Please visit our tutorial pages to learn how to use WikiTree: How To Use WikiTree. They will save you time, energy, and frustration as you add your family profiles.

Exploring the site is the best way to learn. One way to do that is to check out the drop-down menus on the top right side of your profile page. Finding a known ancestor and collaborating with the profile manager is another great way to start.

Questions? You can always use the G2G link in the Help Menu to find answers.

Hi there, and thanks for the welcome.

I do have a question. I see someone has already created an entire line of my family, but the profiles all say "No Profile Manager". I would like to be a manager on my grandparents' pages (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Hobbs-2329 and https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Thayer-3086). According to the help page, I should be seeing "[adopt this profile]" somewhere on the page. I can't seem to find it on any page. Could you point me in the right direction?

  • Edit: I found it. I had to refresh the page. :-)

Hi,

It seems you found the information you need. Be sure to review Biographies and Source Topics before you go much further; it will be beneficial in the long run.

Take care, Sheryl
