Biography

Silas Boggs married Rachel James on January 23, 1829 in Braxton County, Virginia, United States. [1]

Marriage Bond of Silas Boggs and Rachel James

The bond was co signed by Andrew Frame. According to one archivist at the West Virginia Division of Culture and History it was normal for a family member of the Bride to co-sign the Bond. So could Rachel actually be a Frame and not James ?
