Ulysses Jeffrey is a part of US Black heritage.

Ulysses Grant[1] Jeffrey was born about 1869[2] in New York[2]. He was the child[1] of Reverend Roswell D. Jeffrey and Mercy Ann Merritt, and the brother-in-law of suffragette Hester C. (Whitehurst) Jeffrey.

Education

In 1880, he is attending school, probably in or near Rochester, New York.[2]
