Hi  !

I just wanted to check in and see how everything is going. Hopefully you are getting settled and familiar with our site. If you have any questions I'm happy to try and help or our Forum is full of friendly people.

If you haven't yet, you might want to check out How To Use WikiTree. It's a great guide on how to navigate our site, its features and some great tips and suggestions on how you can improve our ever-growing WikiTree and your experience here.

If you're wanting to delve a little deeper into WikiTree you might want to check out our Projects.

If you need any help with anything, feel free to ask! Thanks!

If the data goes to a public tree on Ancestry, you should be able to download it from there. We have people uploading Ancestry trees regularly.

Hi, Gregg. You might ask about ancestry app for IOS on G2G forum to see if a WikiTree tech might know something about uploading your family tree from that app. Many WikiTreers prefer to manually enter data. That way they have immediate control over privacy settings, documentation, and sourcing for each profile as they create it. Some WikiTreers do a combination of both.

Thank you, Gregg, for volunteering to help grow our worldwide family tree.

Our Honor Code, G2G message forum, help pages, search features, and other useful links can be accessed from the drop-down boxes on the upper right corner of most pages.

VERY IMPORTANT: The more documents, sources, dates, and locations you provide on the profiles you create, the stronger your branches and our mutual global tree will be. If you don't know the correct date, please estimate using before or after.

We have a weekly photo contest if you're interested.

Hope you enjoy WikiTree!

I want to help. I am fully committed to the mission and rules of WikiTree. I have been working on my family tree in the ancestry app for IOS. I don't think that I can upload it.
