Thomas and Fannie McIntosh were married. Fannie was born on 7 Oct 1848 in Breathitt County, Kentucky, USA. She was the daughter of Peter Deweese McIntosh and Sarah (Gross) McIntosh.

Thomas died on 12 Jan 1933 in Jackson, Breathitt County, aged about 83.[1]
