Constance Maud Keegan was born in 1912 in Redfern, New South Wales, Australia, daughter of Edgar Percy Robert Keegan (~1883–~1919) and Maude Merriman (1887–1957).[1] She was their fourth child and second daughter.
Her siblings were:

- Edgar Charles Keegan (1908–1941)
- William Edward Keegan (1910–1974)
- Norman Keith Keegan (1914–1982)
- Raymond Arthur Keegan (1919–1984)
Constance died in 1912 in Redfern, aged 0.[2] She was the only child of Edgar and Maude to die in childhood.
