Philip Kelley was born in 1806. He was the son of Jonathan Kelly and Charity Fisher. He married Elizabeth Smuck in 1832. Their children were Henry R, Jane, Margaret, William Silas, Euphenia, Rebecca, Sarah, James, Philip, Jacob and Mary-Ann Melinda. Philip died in 1890 and was interred at Paris Plains Church Cemetery.
