I'm having trouble finding out who my grandfather's biological father is. My granfathers name is Charles M Tucker. He was raised by his grandparents but was told the were his parents. As an adult he was told his sister Hazel M Tucker was actually his mother! It lists her on his birth certificate as well the name Clarence Brown age 30 from Shelbyville indiana. Any and all tip, ideas, etc would mean a lot to me! Thanks!!
