XIII. Stephen Batchelder, son of Stephen (6), married Aug 1, 1721, Jane, Daughter of Benjamin Lamprey (2); lived where Deacon Samuel F French now lives in North Hampton. There are three graves, still undisturbed, in an orchard onthe estate, which are supposed to be of Batchelders, of this or the next generation. (Dow - p593)
Stephen Batcheler Jr (32), son of Stephen (3). Farmer. Lived at North Hampton, in the part known as North Hill. He belonged to the Hampton church except 1726-32, when he shifted to Rye, he living where the latter was nearly the same distance. He joined the North Hill church, in April, 1744.
Will of Stephen of North Hampton Mar. 6, 1748/9 - May 30, 1750. sons Stephen, Nathl, Benjamin; daus. Mary Marston, Deborah, Ruth, Jane and Elizabeth Batchelder.
He m. Jane dau. Benj. & Jane (Batchelder ) Lamprey Aug 1, 1721. Living 1744 (C H Batchelder - p28)
