Joseph Lellis LeBlanc was the son of Joseph LeBlanc and Anne Pothier.[1]
He was born January 22, 1907 in Tusket Wedge, Nova Scotia[2][3], and was baptised January 27, 1907 at St. Michael's[1] in Tusket Wedge.[3]
He was a newspaper reporter by trade[4], working for the Yarmouth Herald as the sports editor.[5]
He married Doris Hildegarde Lavin, the daughter of Joseph Hector Lavin and Anne Marie Hubbard, on June 10, 1940 at St. Ambroise in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.[4]
The couple settled in Yarmouth.[5]
Joseph Lellis died May 24, 1979 in Yarmouth.[1]
