Hi, I was born in Namibia, the daughter of a German father with also Danish ancestors and an Afrikaans mother with French, Dutch and English ancestors. Today I live in New Zealand and since I am retired, I now at last have the time to really get stuck in and work on all the letters, documents, photos and other leads I have been gathering for the past 20 years or so. The end result is hopefully going to be a book for my grandchildren so they will always remember where we come from. I have not loaded my tree onto Wiki yet, it currently lives on Ancestry, but I will endeavor to do so soon.
