Jenny Mayo is a part of US Black heritage.

Jenny was an enslaved woman named in the 1743 will of William Mayo (1684-1744). She was bequeathed to Mayo's second wife Ann (Perratt) Mayo, along with twenty other enslaved people. The will then also states that she was to be willed to one of William's three sons Daniel, John or Joseph after Ann's death.
