Biography
Modeste was born in Memramcook on 28 Apr 1822. She is the daughter of Joseph Melanson and Madeleine Landry. [1] She married Thaddée Gaudet, son of David Gaudet and Marguerite Babineau in Memramcook on 14 Jan 1840.[2]
