There is quite a bit on the Naude family on the Gisa "familietuisblaaie" I am also doing Naude for a friend, and have captured about a third of the available information....SAG has some but if you visit Gisa web, you will find a lot more detailed information.... but here goes about Jacob. his ancestors. 1. Phillip Naude, born 1550, he had five sones and 2 daughters. His third son.....Philip Naude born 5 November 1578, Metz, France, wife x 1609 Metz France, marrie Darah Roche, she died in 1619, marriage was childless Judith Hermann. They had two children, Pierre, born 1620, Metz, France, and David born 5 April 1623, Metz France, married Martha Mittalat, in 1644. she died 1692, David dies in 1699, St. Vincent. David is the ancestor of Jacob.......

David and Martha had two sons Paul, and Philippe, Paul born 1645, Philippe, born 28 Dec 1654, Metz, Ferance, died 7 March 1729, Berlin, Germany, married Anne Isnard, in 4 July1683, Metz, Mozelle, France, and Elizabeth Collinet inn 1680, Metz, France,(she died in childbirth in 1680).

Phillipe Naude, born 28 Dec 1654, Metz, and Anne Isnard 6 Children., the fifth being Jacob Naude, born 29 Aug 1696, Metz, France died 7 Dec 1774, Cape Town, Cape South Africa. He married 1722, Cape South Africa, Suzanne Taillefert, daughter of Izaac Taillefert and Suzanne Briet. If you need any more info, I have piles of hard copy still to be captured for Andries Jan Gysbert Naude. The surname used to be Nadel, an the forst known Nadel was Jean Nadel, born 1520, in Betencourt, St. Dizler.Isebelle"

No need for immediate action because more research is needed, but DB error is :

Warning: Check the data. A mother's birth date should not be more than 67 years before the birth date of one of her children.
