Albert Ancott MOTTRAM was born on 10 December 1881 in Basford, Nottinghamshire, England[1]. His parents were Joseph MOTTRAM and Mary ANCOTT.
The steamer, Orizaba set sail from London, England on 4 August 1888 via Plymouth (5 Aug) with the MOTTRAM family among the passengers and arrived in Sydney, Colony of New South Wales on 17 September 1888[2][3][4]. The MOTTRAM family consisted of parents, Joseph (age 32, Miner) and Mary (30) and their children, Albert A (6), Agnes Mary (4), Joseph E (2) and infant, George.
Amelia Jane BARTLEY and Albert Ancott MOTTRAM were married on 20 September 1902 in Queensland, Australia[5].
Wife, Amelia passed away on 7 February 1941 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Widow, Asa Ottelea LINDSAY (nee DAUBEN) and widower, Albert Ancott MOTTRAM were married on 8 July 1944 in Queensland, Australia[6].
He passed away on 27 April 1949 in Wynnum, Queensland, Australia[7] and was buried (April 28) in the Balmoral Cemetery, Morningside, Queensland, (Portion 16, Grave No.217)[8].
